Do you rent or own the servers you sell?

We dish out the money up front and purchase our servers in full,then we colocate them. We have found this to be the most cost effective and efficient way for us to provide quality game servers.

What are your server specs?

Our rack consists of four identical servers currently, Dell Poweredge R330 with Intel Xeon E3-1240v5, 64gb DDR4 RAM and a Samsung SSD for each.

Where are you located?

Our company is located in New Jersey and our servers are located in Albany, New York.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 24 hour money back guarantee, if something isn't right, or you think you found a better deal, you can get a refund. No questions asked.

GAME SERVERS

How do I upload files to my server?

We recommend using the FTP client FileZilla. The FTP login information will be the same as your login for our control planel and the port will always be 8821. If you need any assistance, our support team will be there to walk you through it.

Will my server be up 24/7?

Your server will be online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

When will I recieve my server?

After payment, your server will be instantly setup and your login information will be emailed to you.

Can I mod/ add addons to my server?

Yes you can! On some games we support one-click workshop addons and others we offer full support with addons. We encourage you to mod your server.

What are the resource limits of my server?

We do not limit resources on our servers, we closely monitor our servers to make sure they always have room for the fluctuation of resource usage.
